      I am a former employee, and I loved serving my community. The experience in hands-on direct service delivery was invaluable.

      Cons

      Leadership (Mgmt) is not transparent about the operations, not qualified to hold their positions, low view of staff and clients, questionable financial practices. The executive director and the board of directors have different views on the operations of the agency.
