      people are nice there and there is nobody on your head

      Cons

      working conditions are okay but don't expect to be treated with normal human decency when there is a war going on. If you are looking for a place to grow, that isn't the place, you wont be used to your full extent

      No AI will ever replace people there because the way they work is 15 years behind

      This company is a joke. Everything is bad. Management is clueless and unprofessional. There is crazy micromanagement, no normal processes, and no respect for employees. The company hires students, new immigrants, and people who don’t have many options, and pays way below the market. The conditions are cheap and the atmosphere is toxic. The CEO has no respect for employees or clients. Both are treated badly, and honestly I’m surprised clients still work with this company. The product is outdated, the quality is low, and the way of working is 15 years behind the market.
