Josh is really hardworking and will let you do individual projects. He is willing to experience with online marketing and the work environment is very relaxed.

The structure of the internship isn't very strong. I learned a lot through it just because I was very self-motivated to learn. It was also an unpaid internship, which was not that great.

Small office in the heart of Lakeview. Other employees are very nice and accommodating. Walking distance to lots of public transportation. They deal primarily in leasing, usually smaller and less-known buildings.

Was told by the owner Josh I would start as an intern with an opportunity to learn the real estate industry. All I learned was how to update the very old data in spreadsheets on Google Docs. There was no opportunity to go out on showings as promised. Was told everyone learns this way from him. If you really want to work in real estate and learn the real ins and out, take my advice and look elsewhere. Learn from my mistake.
