      Pros

      There are really no Pros to this company. The best day of my employment was the day I left.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a diverse organization this is not the one. The lower level management has their favorites in the office and they can do no wrong. The real estate management department lacked direction and support of newer employees. The HR department is one of the worst I have ever seen. I would rather not list them on my resume but I would have a employment gap that I couldn't explain.

      Pros

      Benefits package is very generous, lots of perks such as free parking, 401k match, great price for healthcare dental & vision, tuition reimbursement, etc. The work environment is professional and friendly. The office itself is semi-open layout, and everyone, including the CEO, works in-office. The management is friendly and easy to communicate with. They offer a 9/80 schedule.

      Cons

      Remote work is not an option, this is not an ideal job for those lacking in people skills. The gym in the building is very small and outdated.

      Entire company from senior management to coworkers are nice. Work life balance is good (9/80 schedule). There is a drink fridge.
