Pros
Possibly one of the best things about working at BuySPRY is the environment, we have a drama free work place and most of us try to connect with each other. People work very hard and we all wear different hats which makes the team effort great but also allows you to keep growing and gain more knowledge about the company in general vs just your regular duties. I think growth is also something amazing for someone who is trying to find their place, it is an e-commerce and as much it sounds like just selling stuff online, the business has so many aspects and more areas that need improvement and great people to work in. The pay is fair and you will continue to grow in pay based on effort, it's definitely the first job I've had where what was said on the interview is actually done and enforced. I think my growth to management wasn't hard because it was based on performance and skills as well as it has been for others that have grown in the company. I was able to make an impact in people's life without having to take seniority as a factor to place people on deserving positions and that was awesome!
Cons
If I had to bring up a con, it would be just adding more benefits like longer periods of time off to maintain work life balance and some sort of bonus or reward for seniority but over all I am happy with what is offered now and I know the company is working on adding more.
