      Pros

      80% of the people that were employed by the company are immensely talented and knowledgable individuals with excellent work ethic.

      Cons

      BUYK has ceased operations in all stores, but there are still some people employed and helping the company wind down. Many folks are extremely angry about this because they were left out in the cold and most did not receive severance pay either.

      Pros

      I was able to work from home and avoid the charade going on in NYC

      Cons

      The company was incredibly irresponsible with it's spending and then went bankrupt when Russia went to war with Ukraine and the Biden Administration froze all Russian based money.. even though the leadership team and CEO told us the day before that we were not tied to Russian money.. then after the company filed for bankruptcy, the former CEO sent legal documents out to former employees demanding they send back any technology (laptops, mouses, etc) or else legal action would be taken. Don't worry though - the CEO and his golden parachute landed somewhere that apparently doesn't do background checks and the rest is history.. an absolute joke
