      General warehouse shift team most ok

      Cons

      Poor team management got sacked for being unable to do overtime due to shift and relying on public transport management had favourites unlicensed flt driver drives into and damages roller shutter causing damage and is still at work 2 days later like nothing had happened

      It is a small company which has grown quickly over the last 2 years. Systems and processes need to be assessed and evolved quickly to keep up with the increased amount of business
