Pros
Young friendly work force in place. Found it easy to make friends with people. The staff canteen was ok but not great.
Cons
Company hire recent graduates and placement students to backfill roles with little experience. Scrutiny is high and Nick Glynne the MD micro manages every aspect of the business. This is fed through to management and hence every employee is undervalued and fed up with their jobs. Id warn anyone thinking of getting a job here, you will be underpaid, overworked and under appreciated.
