Great but tricky - Chief Technology Officer (CTO) BuyBoxer Employee Review

I'm the CEO, I'm completely biased on this review so take it with a grain of salt. If you get a chance to work with me, we accomplish things. That's all I've got.

I'm scatter brained. It's clinical.

Management is doing what they can to make this an increasingly fair and engaging place to work. Making compensation more competitive has been a focus over the past year and the company has been more transparent with regard to how to meet expectations and benefit my career while here and beyond. The people are incredible to work with and I enjoy the laid-back but still results-driven environment. Working in downtown Logan has its benefits.

Due to the nature of our work, change is a constant and recurring theme as we have to remain adaptable to our marketplace and stay one step ahead of the competition. This job isn't for those seeking an easy, challenge-free job. For those looking to develop skills and aptitudes to succeed in 21st century "disruptive" business, this should not be a deterrent. Benefits aren't the greatest but have seen marked improvements in the last year with other improvements being considered.
