Teams work across the organization to get things done quickly. Really good people working at Buurst. Reminds me of Citrix in the early days. We don't get bogged down with big company necessary things that prevent Buurst from moving fast.

We move fast and put in the time to get it done which sometimes does require extra hours, but the results are worth it.
