      Pros

      Extremely transparent management team willing to help out The technical team is very knowledgeable and puts customers and partners first Marketing team is excellent and provides great air cover for the sales team including leads Great benefits

      Cons

      Lots of hours which keeps you busy! Company is completely virtual which can be a pro or a con (the challenge is when you work from home - you never leave work!) Growing fast which can be challenging if you're not accustomed to change

      Pros

      Teams work across the organization to get things done quickly. Really good people working at Buurst. Reminds me of Citrix in the early days. We don't get bogged down with big company necessary things that prevent Buurst from moving fast.

      Cons

      We move fast and put in the time to get it done which sometimes does require extra hours, but the results are worth it.

      Pros

      Buurst has an awesome work environment and is totally remote. It is wonderful to be able to collaborate with contributors around the globe. Everyone is very open and works as a team to accomplish our goals. Another great aspect is everyone is "treated as equals" and it isn't hung up on job titles.

      Cons

      Wish we had a virtual break room.
