While I am confused about the BCBAs 'mass exodus' comment, since we have had the same team in place now for over a year and have added to the number of BCBAs in the south Florida market, I certainly understand your feelings about full-time positions for Techs. As you know, our business is primarily after school hours, from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Thus, the concept of home based full-time positions for Techs remains a challenge.
