      Mission: Saving Lives, Finding Homes, Inspiring Compassion. The animals - finding them homes. The people - team-oriented & collaborative. The management - supportive. Holds employees to high-standards so everyone benefits, especially the animals.

      Cons

      Non-profit wages. While competitive, it is a non-profit and that can impact hourly wages. Turnover - the current economic crisis seems to have created a high-turnover with entry-level employees, which can be frustrating for current employees.

      Environment of supportive co-workers and friendly doctors. Being able to help the communities pets on a large scale.

      Cons

      The high turn over rate is due to the mismanagement of the administration. Favorites are played with who gets hired and promoted.
