It's a small business, so you get to know everyone you're working with and who you're working for. You're able to develop lasting relationships and learn many new skills in various categories.

As with most small businesses, you can probably get more competitive pay elsewhere.

Full time hours were offered in the summer.

The attorney in charge of the law clerks, which were law students, was not able to give feedback positive or negative to allow us to learn in our role or understand what was expected of us. We were set up to fail and offered no direction when we did not do tasks up to the managers expectations. I was not informed my work was subpar and had no reason to believe it was.
