Pros
When you first walk through the doors and get greeted by Tami's unbelievably happy disposition, you will know that you're in the right place. Day after day for the past 5 years, she has welcomed me like I am the most important person to come in that day- as she does for everyone- and that has set the tone for my morning. Butler, above all else, has a wonderful sense of community. Recently we have been working on exciting projects, going from your traditional printed products, to things that seem like they're almost out of science fiction. The work is challenging, the pay is competitive, and the hours are completely flexible for individuals with a young family.
Cons
It is a two-edged sword, for as intricate as some of our projects can be- it makes for a daunting first few months as a new employee. (Information is like drinking out of a fire hose as opposed to at your own pace). Sticking with it and looking to your peers for guidance will make this much easier!
