      Management respects their employees, expecting a lot but not micro-managing. The office is quiet. The engineers are impressive.

      There is much cologne, perfume and fragrance spray to be ingested.

      Pros

      Nice facility and mostly friendly people.

      Cons

      Management seems to be a mess. They do not communicate at all with their employees. All the aircraft projects are always missing what is needed to finish the job.
