      Pros

      We have a great company culture with incredible colleagues. There is plenty of opportunities to grow within and test the waters in different departments. Management is top notch and always have there doors open for communication. Butler-Cohen makes you feel valued as an individual to the company rather than being number in a very large corporation. We have this sense of family which is truly beautiful to have amongst an organization.

      Career advancement/growth, learning opportunities, stability and job security, good pay and benefits, networking opportunities and a quality work environment.

      May need to relocate for a project or travel for long durations.

      Most of the people are nice

      Cons

      Management is my way or high way. So many meeting its hard to keep a eye on the job site. No truck allowance. No toll tag. No home depot or lowes card. If you need something you have to pay out of pocket and way to get reimbursed.
