      Pros

      If they like you they take care of you. The GM is a caring guy. If you give a notice they won't give you a point for calling in.

      Cons

      A lot of felons, drug addicts. They won't fire people who don't work. If they don't like you they will get rid of you. If they do like you they will cover up anything to make sure you stay.

      Pay is low while work is high. Positions change a lot.
