Good pay, questionable management - Visitor Services Butchart Gardens Employee Review

A great work environment and culture. A large amount of the senior staff really care about the place and want to make the visitors have the best possible experience. There is a lot of opportunity to make advances within the departments if you work hard and are good at the job, even from entry level.

Cons would be the shift work/evenings and weekends.

Management team are very friendly and supportive. They care about employees' needs.

If I had to add a con, it would be that the location is too far from home, which means a lot of time spent on the commute.
