Pros

Great culture, friendly people and nice kitchen.

Cons

If you are a fresh graduate or someone about to retire, this is the place for you. There are many challenges and opportunities to make this place better, think bigger and achieve much more. But management is not ready yet for that big mindset change. They are stuck in their family run mentality. They don't reward you based on your qualifications and experience, they are happy to brain pick for cheap labour! While it is a good environment, offices are built like in the 90s. Managers in private offices and 4 walls between each dept. They are complaining about staff working in silos...probably it would be good idea to knock off all walls and come to the 20th century with open spaces! You will find ppl at management level who started off as bus drivers. While all the credit goes to them, for those who are good at what they are doing, majority are not qualified and think no further than a bus driver. Gossipy environment. Grapevine is their main sources of info. High up managers at depots can be loud and vulgar. Not sure how they get important roles when they can't carry themselves professionally.

Pros

Other Drivers are great although they here now then they soon get a better job somewhere else.

Cons

Impossible timetables. They’ve been here 5 years now and they can’t do a thing right. Always late. Not enough runnings time. Management don’t care. Then blame drivers. WTF.

Pay is a little low
