People are great, they get you through each day,

Terrible pay/ benefits. Long standing staff treated appallingly and so demotivated, they’re made to feel that they couldn’t do any better work wise so they don’t dare leave. Systems are outdated, senior leadership old fashioned and departments work in silos so no teamwork or “one business” view. There is an obvious lack of investment whereby it be systems, premises and facilities. They don’t even offer their staff, tea or coffee….. they have to bring their own.

Pay is poor compared to other dealerships. Goal posts move or become unachievable. Even then, the bonus is not worth slogging your guts out for. Have to work every other weekend, long days also. Culture is toxic, always watched or not spoken to nicely. Some managers shout and swear at staff and think its acceptable to treat people that way. No real support, all for show.

Some people are nice and will try and look after you and help you. Not enough staff to help.
