Pros
Great culture Technology is far superior than others I have worked on (Empyrean and Benefitfocus) which makes my world much better to do my job and make sure my client's are good. Easy to navigate Remote first culture - it works!! Support from internal resources - I am not on an island
Cons
It takes some getting used to to know that you have more people you can go to. We have a lot of experts and specialities and sometimes its hard to give up that work.
