Free lunches and can drink while you work.
Cons
Very micromanaged. Very unorganized call center, you will not succeed unless if you are one of the managers favorites. The hours are always changing, no raises. They state they go by the businessolver way and that is not the case the first 2 weeks of classroom time they brainwash you to make you feel like they have amazing morals, but they don't live by those at all. Super high turn over rate, no job security even if you are praised, it's all fake!
