Pros
I work with some of the most talented people I have ever met. We all make each other better while maintaining a solid level of respect. There is a family at Businessolver, not just coworkers and your own family becomes a part of it. Ideas are always welcome and easily implemented. The company is growing but the executive staff still knows your name and will swing by to say hi. I've never worked somewhere that I was able to make such a big impact.
Cons
Here's a less bitter explanation of things. Working at Businessolver isn't always easy but it challenges you in a way that you won't get anywhere else and you grow from it. If you're looking for a clock in/out job, this might not be right for you. Businessolver requires a certain level of passion! You need to set your own boundaries and limitations. When you do that, it's extremely rewarding.
