Like all other comments the food that is provided

Cons

Being recently employed at Businessolver, I have quickly realized this is not for me. Pretty evident that they choose a certain type to work in various positions. Clear difference between who they have employed in Participant Services, versus the Business side. The engagement team is terrible, after on-boarding will not speak to you again. The training is terrible, very unprofessional environment. As stated above, noticing unethical practices as well.
