The list would be too long. This company has lost track of their vision over the last few years. They hire external management, who know NOTHING about benefits, and give them very little training. Expect to know more than your manager. Expect to not get a job here if you haven't worked at Direct TV. Everyone left Direct TV because they hated it, however this company is bringing all of the poor management here, making the atmosphere one in the same. Benefits could be better. The company boats about being "transparent," yet you are reprimanded for asking questions and being upset about not being kept in the loop and lied to. This job isn't for you if you like consistency. Constant changes, and no explanation for them are to be expected. Little work-life balance. The free food gets old, that's about the only perk. People who get the management positions have not taken calls on a daily basis, and they are the ones trying to set the metrics....how does that make sense? Morale is at an all time low. This company used to value us employees and our opinion, however when you try to voice your concern you're told "well, you don't have to be here..." You can ask four different people a question and get four different answers. I would stay clear unless you're in desperate need of a job while you search for another.
