Avoid this company if you value your mental health, personal life, or work-life balance. Worst company I have worked for. The India team is expected to work 14–18 hours a day as if employees have no personal life. Long hours are normalized everyday, and there is NO appreciation for the extra effort. The biggest issue is the management. Non-technical managers constantly point out mistakes but have little understanding of the application's workflow or how the technical tools are actually used. Instead of helping solve problems, they focus on criticism while remaining unavailable when real support is needed. The work culture is toxic, driven by fear, unrealistic deadlines, and poor planning. They don’t respect India employees at all saying things like we are not replacing you with AI/ We are not firing you like others. Meaning we need to spend 16 hrs so they can save 1 employee’s cost. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful and healthy work environment.
