Pros

Casual environment. Great environment to work from remotely, their tools and enablement team is the best I've ever come across, setting you up to succeed regardless of your physical location. Helpdesk team is very responsive and resolves issues in a timely manner. There are some great leaders on the executive team and they are generally very accessible. Due to the nature of their work, traveling is often encouraged, which is a plus or minus depending. While overall benefits are not great, they do have some random perks including the ability to speak to a doctor on the phone without paying a copay as well as offer a firm at no cost to help you with medical disputes, questions, etc.

Cons

For a mid-size firm BRG's benefits are not up to par with competitors. BRG does not put much emphasis on career growth, which results in staff staying in the same position for lengthy periods of time. Only some managers are respectful of your work-life balance, which should be enforced from the top down. There is no company culture and little overall accountability.. Professional networking isn't encouraged due to stringent expense policy. There is little to no review process or exit interview process, which results in different managers handling these situations differently and leaves one wondering how BRG intends on improving on their shortcomings if they don't want to hear what individuals have to say. If you're looking for somewhere to work for 1-2 years or 15+ years, this is the place to be, but if you're in the middle of that range...
