Due to the high-paced, client-facing nature of the work, there can be occasional ambiguity in internal processes or shifting priorities. As a contractor, some systems or resources may not be as accessible as they are for full-time team members. More structured onboarding could help new contributors ramp up faster.

We always focus on thinking outside the box and coming up with creative solutions. Colleagues are also open to feedback and willing to provide guidance when needed. The work environment is also conducive to productivity, as everyone is motivated to succeed and there are plenty of resources to help them reach their goals.
