Pros

- Competitive Salary: Great pay, one of the best in the west coast - Big name client: World Fortune 100, great opportunities to work in the biggest client - Great management and great leaders: BICP management team is always ready to help employee to be successful. Managers are responsible and responsive whenever employee need them. I personally consider BICP managers close friends because they are always trying to help me grow and success in my career. They are not managers who manage your work but leaders lead you success from some questions to big career advice. I enjoy work with BICP leaders.

Cons

Not necessarily a con with BICP, but understand that vacation time depends on the client.

Pros

I have worked for BICP for 7 years. BICP is the first company I have worked for that truly cares about their employees. They listen when you have questions or concerns and try to help in any way possible. Most consulting companies don't care if you have to travel long distances or work in challenging environments. BICP works hard to pair up consultants and clients that fit well together. This helps make BICP a great place to work. In my position, I have worked with a lot of contractors, I have had many contractors say they love working with BICP because BICP cares for the contractors they hire. BICP makes contractors feel like part of the company which makes great working environments. Another thing I love about BICP is that no one plays politics. Everyone works to get our jobs done without politics. That is very rare. My skill set has grown a lot with BICP. I have ran projects, worked on proposals, sales calls and worked at conferences. I have experienced a wide range of duties and tasks that has helped my career grow. I have had opportunities that I might not have had with other companies. Overall I really love working with BICP and all of the people I work with.

Cons

I don't have any cons with BICP. The only con is with consulting in general. There is a lot of travel so if you don't like travel then being a consultant might not be a fit.
