No better things to explain here they'll put more experience in our resume for client interviews as we are having 4yrs they'll put 5 or 6 years, i don't recommend to join in this organization
Cons
As they kept me for shadowing their account, they're not having any internal projects,later 5 months they forced me to leave within 2 weeks of time saying that we are not in a position to bear you, very pathetic issue is gender discrimination is high 10-2 male female work ratio they don't care about these things
