I have worked at BIS for over 15 years. They offer us great benefits, a family environment, and a great work/life balance. I have been able to build a career with BIS, rather than just a job.
Cons
Is BIS perfect? No, and if you expect it to be, then you are seriously misguided as no place or person can be perfect. Just like any company, BIS has had its growing pains, as well as ups and downs, but that is what makes us BIS Strong.
My advice to those of you looking at the negative reviews, and trying to decide if BIS is the place for you, remember every coin has two sides. Yes, there are negative reviews, but there also positive reviews. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are the ones that are going to stand out the most in your mind, and more than likely influence your decision.
Try to be objective, come to an interview, find out for yourself what BIS is like.
