Pros
Lots of opportunities to work in varied industries. Gender and ethnically diverse. Business analysis trainings and certifications are offered. They have good marketing skills and have a fairly good reputation with clients.
Cons
Below industry wages and the management can feel a bit pretentious at times. Not sure if they genuinely care about your well-being. You'll feel a bit of inequality in pay even if you and fellow BAs do the same work and they charge their clients a consultant rate but it feels like a bodyshop.
