      Immediate co-workers were great to work with

      Cons

      Upper management was terrible. Once they took over the bank of Edwardsville they got rid of a ton of employees and acted like they no longer cared

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
