      Pros

      Management helps you to set goals and helps you achieve those goals. Closed on Sundays and if have to work on Saturdays it is just for part of the day.

      Cons

      Call rating system sucks. Constant incoming phone calls. Rude and disrespectful customers constantly. 9 out of 10 calls are negative experiences.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
