      Very low pay, if you're not in commercial or wealth you're a very easily replaceable part, they focus on the sizzle but completely ignore the steak...horrible employee experience

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
