      Hours and vacation benefits. A lot of random gifts which of course are taxed

      Cons

      Management favors people that look like a certain demographic. Position description changes annually so it's hard to move up as parameters change.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
