      Busey is the best company I have ever worked for. The pay is great and I feel supported and appreciated.

      I don’t feel like there are any cons of working here. Everything is really great.

      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
