      The environment is nice along with the coworkers that you work with. Teamwork is definitely there.

      Aside from being short staffed at certain times, nothing really comes to mind as far as cons.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
