      Pros

      There is a very flat organization structure and its a small division for wealth management. This means that you get a lot of responsibilities right away.

      Cons

      Informal structure means that you do not have a defined assignment at times nor specific performance measures. Work is sometimes very meaningless and arbitrary.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
