      Pros

      I really enjoyed the occasional free Arbys sandwiches. Nice flooring at many of the locations. The flooring is asbestos free- I think.

      Cons

      It’s pretty much the Arbys of banking.

      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
