      Pros

      Simple job, very relaxing depending on which branch you work at.

      Cons

      Moving up is never about the quality of work you do, rather who you suck up to. I understand that's pretty normal, but there should be some consideration into skill sets as well.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
