Very difficult to comment as the change is unrecognisable from a family run profitable business to an apparently loss making company in under 2 years which is shown in companies house…..

Poor ceo and management team No benefits, no sick pay, no life assurance, no critical illness, minimum holiday Minimum pay and advancement Most staff have left or been pushed
