They had a good employee discount. Some merchandise was interesting.
Cons
It started out as one of the easiest jobs I ever had and then devolved into a nightmare the longer I was there. Management is a mess and at a store level, it quickly became obvious that there were years of bad decision making at play. Along with the messy management, they also had a really awful customer base. Years of babying and kissing the customer's feet have made it so that you usually get degraded by at least one customer a week, if not on the daily.
