Pros
Most of the engineers and administrative support team were amazing to work with. They were a wonderful bunch of people.
Cons
Upper management, however, was quite the opposite. The Los Angeles office is a joke. All the upper management does is talk about how much better they are than any other principal/associate principal/associate than the ones in the other office. One principal in particular is well known for the statement'...if you don't agree, well, you know where the door is.' Great way to boost up office moral, especially when there were tons of redundancies in offices across the world. Basically, if you were not really good friends with the principals or a graduate of MIT, good luck ever advancing in this firm.
