Pros
slightly above market compensation, benefits at market with exception of 401(k) which has no match. With Vanguard, so it is a good plan even when only your own money going in. Good people to work with, small enough that you can know almost everyone.
Cons
stagnet, not breaking into new markets and old markets are frozen. Much competition so hard to win jobs that make much money. Keep doing the tried and true, even when it isn't working. Some voices for doing things differently, but they get taken out by RIF's or simply ignored. Have cut support staff to bare bones and have unqualified people doing some non-engineering tasks.
