Management. Pay. Time off. Work load.

Company from the South with lack of professional ethics, a lot of work hours and not enough pay.

They tell you that you will work an average of 45 hrs a week and you end up working 60 hrs. Lack of management organization and a lot of racism in within the company. Company is interested in making money, that is all.
