The people are excellent to work with. The salary offerings and benefits package are highly competitive. Work schedule is also very flexible provided you are meeting customer needs.

I don't have a bad thing to say about this company.
A small company where the management looks out for it's people. Janey and Tom look out to see that everyone is OK. Janey is a big believer in growing talent and HR keeps that in mind during hiring.
I left some good people. Leaving the company was not my choice or the company's but unfortunately a matter of a contract ending.
Cons
A flat organization, but again, it's a small company so that is to be expected.
