Dead end/sinking ship - Ag Assistant Burhill Group Employee Review

Poor management, inconsistent hours (certain staff are evidently favoured without them putting in the work to stand out), the managers are constantly investigating eachother and contradicting eachother which leads to other members of staff being caught in the crossfire and a lot of confusion, the blame game tends to be a common theme when something goes wrong instead of solution seeking. In person staff training is an afterthought.
