      Pros

      Zero other than it was a stepping stone.

      Cons

      Illegal business practices. The owner was completely irrational. Treated employees worse than slaves. Refused to pay people properly. Only reason he hasn’t been sued is because of the hassle it actually takes to sue someone.

      Great staff Flexible hours Excellent training in customer service Great environment Creating lifetime memories with guests Wonderful back of house staff

      Pros

      Flexible hours There's nothing else that I can put down for pros, but Glassdoor has a 20 word minimum policy.

      Cons

      Super high management turn overs All managers that stayed the longest were terrible No communication between staff members and upper management Upper management played favorites and pitted people against each other Too much gossip Boasted about firing people they just didn't like.
